BIO
Rachelle Tratt embarked on her yogic journey close to seven years ago. Upon taking her first yoga class, she felt at peace and at home. Intuitively she knew that yoga was destined to be a prominent element in her life journey. Impacted by multiple tragic experiences from her childhood, it was the pursuit of yoga that continues to provide healing to her heart, body and soul.
Rachelle’s personal triumphs over the adversities in her life enable her to teach yoga from a place of compassion and understanding. She has a keen ability to connect with people on a personal level, and she creates an element of comfort and familiarity in her yoga classes. Rachelle keeps her classes light, fun, playful, and rooted in spirituality, but still challenges her students physically. Rachelle is certified in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Kids Yoga. Always seeking to provide the best experience to her students, Rachelle continues to expand her knowledge and understanding of yoga through literature, workshops and teacher trainings.
Rachelle is also certified in Access Energy Transformation, a modality that facilitates conscious embodiment. Using verbal tools in her teaching, Rachelle offers a dynamic approach to a moving meditation while hoping to give each student the ability to perceive, be, and receive all of the infinite possibilities that yoga has to offer. Rachelle’s goal is to offer and give all that yoga has brought into her heart and spread it around to as many people as possible. She believes that the world becomes a better place, just one yoga class at a time.
